Summer is back and as every summer, Barcelona’s beaches get packed with packed with people sunbathing and swimming in the sea.

Some people that work around the area, and I know for sure as my brother is one of them, use their lunch break to lie down on the sand while eating a sandwich and, why not? having a little siesta (nap) before going back to work.

Ensure that you take cool, light-weight and loose-fitting clothes (preferably cotton). Take a hat or baseball cap, shorts and sandals, but please [...]]]> Summer daytime temperatures can easily reach 30ºC (86ºF) in Barcelona, and humidity could be high as well, making the temperature feel even higher, so you should keep this in mind when packing your suitcase.
